public space

my idea is to create energy islands which enrich nature and man. out of this idea the flag project was born. with flags one can send many messages and reach many people. the strength sent through symbols is an important element in my choice of motifs. in 2006 i began to print my designs on flags and to hang them in public spaces. i feel very connected with the world around, nature and all life; therefore, i have made children my main theme. out of this grew my cycle "flower children" and later the "angel children" cycle my personal goal is to raise these flags as energy spaces throughout the whole world, as our mother earth urgently needs islands of love, islands of healing and of peace.
